from memory PCL were required to do 5000sqkms of 3D seismic as this part of the last licence renewal.
Having done an extra 1500 sqkms, IMHO, would be a good argument for the next renewal phase.
My thoughts are that PCL will have found a new farmin partner by then and probably established a date for the first drill ...... therefore I don't foresee a problem with the next renewal phase.
