Yeah, would have to be (given order size). I'd expect likely part of the estate; beneficiarie(s) cashing in. Alternate you might have noticed citicorp and BnbParabas on the top 20 - they could be overtly/cosmetically capping the orderbook (often see this strategy from fundies). Assuming everything unfolds positivly (for once), we secure a farm-in, and schedule a drill window; then I don't think any of it matters. Treacherous economic times. My two cents.
