Sintana is not even a JV partner - only indirectly by its half ownership of Custos.
Dont get me wrong, I own Sintana shares for the near term Galp drilling next door. The real fun for PCL is 12 months or so away when people get excited over the movements of the rig scheduled to drill in PEL87.
