single license prospect? with USD35M 3D seismic and the biggest untested turbidite contiguous to discoveries? ... theres a massive story to be told here. only thing i can think of in PCL defense (and maybe i should take it back) is there are parties already with their hats in the ring and PCL does not want to say anything that may put them off.
