Buying... this is to me is a test of resolve. The licence pel87 is the best opportunity /paradigm shift in exploration in Namibia. The major that makes the commitment would surely get the best reward for risk for dollars invested in the region.....no extreme depth.....on trend....close to a major find (Mopane).. ...large targets with 3d already done. Another large discovery would be a game changer This is not investment advice.......
