I believe that's referring to reported discussions from some time ago rooey. Was first reported by Upstream back on 12 June last year (link) that WDS may have been one of the parties wishing to look at Galp's data. I don't think there's anything more to it than that. If WDS farm into Galp's block, I'll eat my hat.
