    Raises an eyebrow that pel87 drillbit appears locked in for q3 and q4 and the addition of Qatar(sugar daddy of oj basin) logo on bottom right
    To add, Pancon undertaking environmental clearence, ticking another box.
    Could it be that Qatar will be financing Pel87 drilling while Pancon become operator..???
