GCOS improving significantly with discoveries nearby - fair chance 87 ends up being a 20-25yr producing asset - in which case the gyrations you're seeing now are not worth blinking at. Big oil expands their asset base during downturns (such as now); as it gives greater negotiation leaverage with Govts; inevitably oil will rise to high 70's, early 80's again; and money is made. Namibia, the Orange Basin, and Pancon is positioned very nicely currently.
