I have mentioned a few times, Galp getting a deal would have given us some sort of price point for Oil in ground and Namibia, alas we have nothing as yet.
Them rejecting the deal points to it not being a figure that was attractive to Galp but also them not increasing the deal means they didn't want to pay any more.
The walkaway was not interesting in entering a bidding war, reasons only they know.
I have money here, in for a penny, in for a pound. What will be, will be as the song lyrics go.
It could still turn to merde, it could still give us all some coin or even make some very rich.
All the scenario's need to be acknowledged.
