    Not sure, but I did reach out to Neil Hodgson, VP Geoscience at Searcher, and asked for thoughts on the images above from @OldGeo. Response was "those palaeo pockmarks are an indication of fluid flow, and we can correlate this in Orange Basin with discoveries of light oil after Mopane and Capricornus. The Saturn pockmarks appear to be younger to the west than the east suggesting that fluid movement started earlier in the east - so perhaps this is related to the east west progradation of sediments over the Aptian source."
