Thanks for share Jibs. I particularly like the timeline UBS has placed on a catalyst for Galp - 'fourth quarter' - albiet I'll believe it when I see it! hahaha. Lot's of value lurking here - the main bottleneck as I see it is Namibia itself, getting it's processes and frameworks setup adequatly to handle the immense amount of foreign investment, partnerships, and business opportunities that are coming flooding into the country. So critical this is done correctly from the very beginning - so that everything is transparent, and nurtures trust in the Namibian govt - and avoids the 'resource curse'. (https://african.business/2024/03/resources/mitigating-risk-amid-namibias-oil-boom).

Based on some of the news we've seen in recent months, It's good to see Namibia is being open and honest with their current weakenesses; and the need to improve in certain areas to bring this O&G industry to life. Some of the big ones for me are:

    - Base load power requirements - understanding they need to improve the countries energy infrastructure. https://miningandenergy.com.na/ecb-advances-namibias-base-load-power-plant-plans/. Which ties directly into Namibias interests with BW energy, and their Kudu developments (https://www.bwenergy.no/assets/namibia/).

    - Appreciate the need for a Broader Energy Strategy: To ensure consistency, transparency with a forward plan (sounds like 'common-sense'....but you'd be surprised of how many countries cannot get this right..........even Australia is sub-par...). https://miningandenergy.com.na/beyond-the-oil-boom-a-strategy-for-lasting-prosperity/

    - Understanding their knowledge limitations & bringing in Leaders in the field: It's always important to understand when you are out of your depth, in this case Namibia has brought in ex-Cheron Carlo McLeod to help lead the O&G strategy - I'm personally not convinced - but anything helps here.. (https://oilreviewafrica.com/industry/namibias-upstream-petroleum-unit-gets-new-adviser). There is a bit of information in the Extractor Magazine in link below also regarding this: https://theextractormagazine.com/magazine/ . As well as many other global industry leaders setting up offices in Namibia (https://energycapitalpower.com/geoxyz-opens-first-african-base-in-namibia/) indicative of things to come.

In saying all of this, it looks like the upcoming August Conference is going to be packed!
    https://miningandenergy.com.na/over-1000-delegates-expected-at-namibia-oil-and-gas-conference-2025/

If Namibia can get all of these things right, and create a robust foundation of processes and frameworks to build on top of, then I think they'll be fine. I'm quietly bullish, but very patient.
