The famin process will be a long one to be honest ( I wish it would be quicker like all of us).
First, those who are interested will have to sign a confidentiality agreement to look at our data room. So, once both sets of lawyers are happy and agreements are signed, they will then get access. Once access is granted those who are genuinely interested will then assess if the data and PEL fits their risk profile. If it does fits the risk profile then negotiations start (that could be even longer)
So in other words we are a fair way off from a farm in from my view as there is a process to go through with all parties and their lawyers even before we get to negotiations. So, how long this will all take (I have no idea).
