What you are saying is very true. One thing that can hurry the farm in would be if there are more than one party being interested, and if the final analysis of the reserve is revealed to be extra good, then the FOMO could then kick in and a better deal could happen for PCL as well as a quicker one, hopefully.
For the time being, and I can understand that PCL do not wish to reveal the intimate details, even just officially revealing having interested parties kicking the tyres would be great news.
