Swing and others One needs to be very cautious trying to read between the lines of journos writing in trade publications. They are very keen to "mould" stories to get coverage for their employers. Close to home in Australia, we know how rife is the lack of fact checking by journos, especially those writing about unfamiliar subjects. One often sees content that is plainly wrong or based on old information. PCL will be bound by confidentiality agreements with each potential farmee reviewing the data and it must not been seen by the ASX to potentially mislead the market before an announcement can be made. People who do not know the business will not appreciate the huge data set that needs set be interpreted and the time this takes even with modern work stations + time to get internal farmee Board approvals for a large new venture acquisition. Negotiating farmin deal terms soaks up some time, particularly if there are several competing parties submitting offers. As I have previously written, I hope that parties are using the time to define plays other than the Saturn fan and thereby expand the prospects and leads portfolio, adding value. =================================================================
