Total are battling a lawsuit launched against them by the Green Movement in France alleging that they misled the market when they advertised that they were pursuing a Green agenda. I think the suit was issued yesterday.
Seems to me that they will be facing the same Green activism that WDS has been facing in Australia.
They might be tougher than WDS(hopefully) and deal the Green mob a strong defeat in the courts.
