No, they don't. Quarterly is just a statement of the quarters activities.
If the previous quarters activities consist of only talking to potential partners and looking further at the data, then that is what is reported, we continue to talk to potential partners and continue to assess the data.
There is usually a forward looking statement attached t quarterlies, they are general in nature.
They may announce details of further assessment of data prior to quarterly but then the quarterly will have a review statement in the lines of, as previously reported we have added X barrels or further potential areas of interest, or both.
