Yes, a lot of work has been done in regards to seismic so interpretation should be quicker, have said this myself.
Galp are ahead of us having drill results to offer and have taken a long time to get a partner.
A lot of companies and activities in the area yet new joint ventures/partnerships or acquisitions are pretty thin on the ground.
Costs and risks are obviously high, those are clearly being weighed by all before entering or offering deals with others.
Upping of offers doesn't appear to be happening, ie no bidding wars.
Can't get in for X dollars, we'll we'd rather not get in.
