Thanks. Well spotted. Sounds like Galp are really aiming for a carry through to first oil and flexible on the interest they retain. Who knows what is going on behind the scenes??? Perhaps Petrobras may offer Galp a sweetener in Brasil where I believe they joint venture. Placing a value on PEL87 based on the eventual Galp transaction $ may be pretty broad.
The Galp business likely to take a while to settle.
