we will never know just how pcl ground is being viewed by others, other than the nature and timing of the JV should give some guidance - too much delay suggests our biased view of the prospectivity may just be a bit over optimistic.

How is PCL viewed by others too.

Going to production is very expensive, our MC should rise on a JV coming through likely enough to fund a couple of drills. MC rises more on positive drill results. Hundreds of millions for our share to get production happening.
