I maybe way off track here but when one looks at the other PEL's there appears to be more than one prospective target yet in PEL 87 there is only one proposed.
I think that there is a chance that there might be more than one target on the western side of Saturn and that is also why WDS expanded the 3D seismic to pick up any further potential targets.
