Moosehead-1 would have been incorporated into the 3D seismic mapping very early in the interpretation workflow, in order to tie the 3D seismic to the Moosehead-1 well (formation tops, velocities etc). Unfortunately, Moosehead-1 did not encounter any Cretaceous (Aptian, Albian etc) sandstone reservoirs that PCL would use to calibrate the 3D seismic and well data (well tie and rock physics) with and incorporate this into the seismic inversion study, which is very-much reservoir focussed. I would be surprised if PCL has not already included the Kabeljou-1 well to the east into the inversion study since it penetrated some reservoir, but it was less developed than anticipated at this location. Better than nothing I suppose.

In my view, PCL need a well that has penetrated Cretaceous reservoir sandstones in order to accurately calibrate reservoir sand from that well to the PEL87 seismic data/response. I doubt that PCL have managed to execute a well trade with Galp for one of the Mopane wells, because, apart from the 3D seismic data, they have very little else to trade. Perhaps they did a trade with Chevron for Kapana 1-X in return for the PEL87 3D seismic. Who knows..........

    Just my view.
