Good find OldGeo and I predicted as a Sintana shareholder, pre-drill, that Shell's Cullinan-1 would be a rerun of Moosehead-1 as it was.
The very large four way dip closure was a result of a large tight carbonate bank. Ironically if Shell had drilled down flank from the crest of the structure on the north and east side they would have drilled most likely into the flanking Mopane sands wrapping around the Cullinan High.

GALP after seeing the Cullinan-1 result, decided not to drill their four way dip closures in PEL 83 already slated to drill and had no choice but to drill the Mopane Cretaceous sheet sand stratigraphic trap and we know how that turned out!

And the Mopane strat trap was considered so risky by the industry that GALP were unable to farmout the well, so they were forced to drill it as a well commitment 100% to their cost!

And at the time, as Sir Humphrey of Yes Minister fame would say to Sir Appleby, "A brave decision Minister!"

So I tips me hat to GALP!
