There are many small islands and shallow reefs in offshore Namibia. If a huge fleet of totally innocent let us say " Chinese fishing boats" suddenly appear in the area, I hope that the Namibian navy is capable enough to give them a good thrashing and send them on their way. We wouldn't want more military bases strangely and miraculously popping up around Africa now, would we.......................
