Woodsie are not a supermajor and the merger with BHP was a merger of a company looking to exit Oil & Gas as was already downsized to boot.. The new WDS is around number 40 on last glance. As for long lead items, talk to a driller, many projects have tripped up or had to comprimose up due to lack of equipment or more spefically lack of what was needed, and on the rig does not bring all it needs nor is responsible for procurement, the operator orders all the stuff they need and is reponsible for getting it to the rig.
