Most on HC (including myself ) is very upbeat and excited about PEL 87. We are talking about a possible new oil province if indeed the billion BOO became real and we already have good results nearby.
What I can't figure out is that why the market is not in agreeance with us. I am not saying there should be people jumping in at 5c 10c, 20c, but SP languishing at 2c??
