We had a bit of a discussion about the value of the in ground asset and my thoughts are that it should be closer to US$5 when doing these calculations which would halve the Euroz Hartley valuation .... bringing it closer to 17.5cents/share ..... which is still a big win for anyone investing now and holding on long enough to get the CGT benefits which I think will be a second huge benefit.
Personally July sets my CGT benefit so I'm being very patient.
