I think Africareach is right, too much has happened now and the situation needs to reverse strongly for investor confidence. These coups, the 1st one waf bounced back from, the 2nd coup.....ok now investors said enough is enough you are not bouncing back from this, it was a bit after this with the french leaving but they are together causing the problem.
