The French have flown their true colonialist colours and threatened to invade Niger. Gotta keep that cheap uranium flowing, I guess.
Burkina Faso and Mali have said that any military intervention against Niger would be tantamount to declaring war on them. And Guinea became the first country to openly support the new authorities in Niger, declaring that it expects from them guarantees of stability and concord in the country.
