Take your point 100%. Had noticed. If you are in Libya though and you have them in your phone you might as well get over to Ouagadougou for a meet and greet with the people there as well. Maybe the Delegation can hunt around and maybe even stump up for a lease on some space for an Embassy while they are in town.
