I find GYG to be a weak version of Chipotle.
GYG products are bland by comparison - for example there's way too much rice v meat in their burritos.
So IMO, GYG has no chance of cracking the US market - where great Mexican food is table stakes
GYG don't have that competitive landscape in Australia - hence its done well
Its Mexican chain food for the uninitiated, undemanding...
Maybe that can go well in parts of Europe...
