what do you mean they haven't looked overseas yet? they've opened stores in the US but have paused expansion because they haven't been successful (no surprise that selling Mexican food to Mexicans wasn't great).
They have plenty of overseas opportunities in European markets but Quick Service Retail is fiercely competitive and their chances of cracking the US is slim, Europe might be more fertile opportunities.
There is a big risk that they are listing too soon and the pressures to deliver results for the public markets will constrain their growth.
