Landau was is Perth Friday at CFE meeting.
He 'IS' NKP /NKWE, as Exec CEO ... he is doing the deal and IS the company rep. to do it. He does not need to fly back to UK to talk further on the deal, it could have been done in Perth.
I believe that Landau told the true believers (on Fri) that the cheques will be in your hands about 2nd week of April.
They both flew to London on Sat, probably on other matters ( see CFE posts for speculation ).
Deal will be announced once Genorah have raised $12 ml and exercised their options to ensure max profit from their 20c options.... it's as simple as that !!
Everyone else is ready to go except Genorah - the delay is to help them make $12 ml profit and shaft us some more ie more options exercised the less payment per share to us !
