It is very unusual for a farm in deal to have to wait for FIRB befoire they annouce the partner. I think we will find an ann with the annoucement and then a wait for the FIRB. This is norm. I guess legal teams thrashing out final agreement out now. These things take time. I am not expecting FIRB until later than Feb. Ann with annoucement of partner and deal terms could be Feb - then again could be tomorrow. 12tcf is a huge possibility - it will be drilled.
