I think it is important to note the timeframe (length) of the trend lines drawn on your chart. That downwards trend line is rather short compared to the upwards trend line. The company IS better off than it was a year ago, some 3-5 bags worth. This could all changed based on the transcipt anns, NCCN inclusion etc.

Combine the FA and the TA and you get upwards movement. Company is moving in the right direction and we have a good hold on who is doing the selling. The volume is there to be seen with some more buys going through last week. We are just waiting on more news at this point and it is a great time to top up during the lows.
