Hi All,

I agree with your comments Parcels.  I’ve been doing a bit of reading on this Disney/Fox deal...that’s if it goes through antitrust regulators.  Another article:

A key point that caught my eye is that Disney will hold 60% stake in Hulu with Fox deal.  It’s all very complicated the deals going on still with Hollywood studios & ownership of content & I don’t think this will be affecting us anytime soon, if at all.  Disney stated they will be looking at lower cost packages for OTT.  One of the keywords I’ve picked up on is fragmentation of streaming services.  So maybe this will just be available as an add on to basic packages pretty much as premium services are now?  Great for people who want to choose their content rather than paying for content they won’t use.

The brilliant thing for TV2 is that along with PGascom, we have been awarded top security for services & that’s something of utmost concern to Disney & Hollywood Studios (piracy issues).  I really don’t think we will be having any issues with acquiring content & that’s not really our thing anyway is it, we just provide the streaming service & analytics for it. . Anyway appreciate others thoughts.
