Brazil seems fine to me. The gradual adoption of channels being reported on HC is typical of channel content ingestion occurring on the CDN as it must be managed and Quality Assured. Its not some form of bulk dropbox content dump but a gradual takeon so technically it seems to be following a typical catalogue building process.
Seems to be enough activity on social media channels to suggest the project is nearing its end. I would not anticipate marketing to occur before content ingestion finishes and the catalogue Electronic Programming Guide(EPG). The marketing launch will signal to me its now commercialisation time.
The soft launch in place now means you get to see the changes occurring and get to feedback any bugs which is a good closed user group way of testing and getting feedback to the TV2U team. I will take another look in mid Feb when the service should be rock and rolling!!
