Soft-Tex has officially opened its new manufacturing facility in Texas, part of the company’s plan to shift volume back to domestic and/or nearshore supply chains in response to supply chain disruptions that have been heavily impacting US bedding producers.

Soft-Tex doubled production at its New York facility in 2020. The opening of its Texas facility means that total production capacity has now more than quadrupled since 2019. The company intends to add two additional US-based facilities by the end of 2022 to further scale domestic production.
