This stock is not a proposition for most "Instos" at this point in its business cycle, imho.
For instos to invest in AJX, it must demonstrate:
Sales, then
Consistent sales, then
Cashflow breakeven, then
Consistent positive cashflows,
Then profitability.

I am sure that will come, but hard work sitting watching and waiting.

Once AJX can demonstrate it actually has won military, or secured contract with NF, or can point to meaningful continous sales of PCM, then the US investors will take notice.

They need to get runs on board.
