Keep the current shareholders guessing as whether to its being accumulated or distributed and wondering whether they should be selling or buying.

Some days there's very little volume and then the odd day like today a spike. Price doesn't seem to be moving too much just a little up and down which may be a little disheartening for shareholders too.

Interesting through that the two largest volume days this year (including today) have required to have the price drive up to 12.5 cents to get that large volume to be traded.
After that then let the price fall back the next few days and pick up the dregs at lower levels, without pushing the price on further, until that dries up and you do another little buying run - perhaps even try and pick up the odd day-trader who sells at a lost the next day when the spike doesn't continue.
