I would assume that Pine Belt is the proposed contractor and supplier to the US Military with AJX being a sub contractor to Pine Belt. Now, if you were the US Military and were considering a change in your suppliers product including perhaps a price increase, you would require some guarantee of sustainability/profitability and continuation of supply for the business and sub contractors.
With the huge level of debt hanging over the heads of AJX, i would assume there were questions and stipulations to reduce the debt prior to commencement of any supply line.
I may be grasping at straws but i know what i would want from a supplier in their position.

Now for bedding. If only someone could invent an automatic bed maker.
