Thoroughly confused about the status of the Military...

Thoroughly confused about the status of the Military testing/contracts.

At the end of last year AJX, both in ASX releases and by Bob directly a the AGM, stated that the finalised FR product had been submitted to the relevant US military departments for evaluation and testing and that from that stage it was effectively 'out of Alexiums hands'.

Now the quarterly report states that they are STILL finalising the product specs with PineBelt and have yet to submit the product for testing and evaluation at military facilities.

Is my understanding of the timeline off here?
