looking at jumping in at some point..

my only concern is obviously inflation, economy, slowdown in building sector generally.. I understand CSR's diversication but it isn't a shield.

EPS forecast to remain flat,
current dividend rate more than likely not sustainable.

yes, there are pluses... that's why i am considering jumping in.

thoughts anyone ? as a medium (1-3 year hold) re prospect of SP Capital growth from here and dividend going forward?
