The XT part indicates a Cross-Trade between 2 funds at the same client, whilst the S1 is the type. Basically just a client telling the broker that they need to switch stock legally through the market at a set price from one entity to another. It's pretty common and usually you don't pay brokerage.
The transaction adds to the total daily volume, but not the vwap price or any other price calculation.
