One thing I forgot to add is that one of the biggest benefits to me is that the desktop version and file transfer software in general is very easy to implement and once they completed wont require as much development, what this does will prevent the need to grow the headcount to a ridiculous amount and require huge amounts of capital to grow the business.
I am a former holder of Alcidion and their staff costs are through the roof because you need to train hospitals to use the software, implement all new equipment etc so creates a lot of work and overhead costs but I see 3Dicom as easy to roll out, quick to roll out and head count would be low. In addition to this you dont have a sales team like Alcidion would have we have our major Shareholder who has agreed to waive his monthly retainer in lieu of performance rights
When I first invested in SHG it was more for the doctors and hospitals using the 3Dicom for surgery etc which would require more headcount to implement so I am happy to admit that the pivot to this system is more luck from my perspective but one I am very happy with.
