This has been in the wind for sometime. A super slouth on the HE1 LSE boards found this interesting link to all the players in the Tanzanian Helium Party. D3 directors are tied in with He1 founders, Pulsar Helium and obviously Noble. It was several months ago now. You might be able to find it if you search D3 on the He1 thread.
The fact they are going ahead with the D3 listing gives me + vibes as to the validity of the Helium potential.
From memory D3 got there acerage from licences dropped by HE1. I'm not 100% on that tho
