HOOPZ, we all hope that DRO succeeds in spades. However this is the small caps shark pool thus we really should keep in mind various scenarios. Let's just consider the case where DRO does not measure up to our expectations, superior tech appears, sales are few and far between, and share price declines. Not a pleasant thought but possible. Then a competitor appears with a desire just to grab the IP, share price has sagged to 20c and the takeover is done at 25c. Still great for the board with all these free shares proposed in Mondays meeting but screws all the shareholders who actually provided the capital.
Surely a strike price is essential, also rather than random sales amounts these option/shares should be tied to profitability?
For these to be called Incentive options as presently presented takes shareholders as fools, despite the effort of our new poster to whitewash the situation.
