Mayi, I'm not the shiniest apple on the tree neither am I a PHD but I did have 40 years in banking/merchant banking. Ahh the good old days, Alan Bond and his 3 henchmen, Australia cup, fleecing Bell Bros, the late Laurie Connell (last resort Laurie) all viewed up close.
Sure there's thousands of dubious deals (I'm a very polite person) every year on the good old ASX but this is up there with the best. Not only does it not pass the pub test but it really should be locked up securely in the dumpster out in the back alley.
