Unfortunately this all seems hurried and untransparent.
I think we should vote NO UNTIL;
1. We have more evidence as to progress AND prospects.
2. Any Option conversions are linked to a suitably high set share price bar
But I do want Management to know shareholders ARE prepared to reward great performance with great Compensation
