Nice sentiment, and good luck, but your are fighting a very long uphill battle.

DRO shareholders are mostly in Oleg's pocket and as DRO HotCopper threads consistently show, there are a lot of Oleg worshippers who don't get that he has stripped them of millions of dollars through gross over payment in shares with hurdles that he already understands will be achieved. Oleg runs a microcap with a hundred or so employees but is paid like he runs a top 100 company with tens of billions of dollars in revenue and tens of thousands of employees.

He will do exactly what he did previously, and follow the Oleg playbook. It goes like this:

1) Issue an announcement that will give him millions of shares that he calls options
2) Get it passed because he has enough mates (and uninformed small shareholders) to get it over the line
3) Face another vote in the renumeration report which he needs 75%
4) Maybe lose the vote because of the higher threshold and enough small shareholders vote against it
5) Wait for a year until the next AGM until everything calms down and don't issue more options
6) Get the 75% the following year because he has his mates, and small shareholders have moved on and avoid a spill
7) Repeat step 1
