Nothing has changed regarding his views on dilution and remuneration. The only thing that has changed is that he's gone from this at 9:45am:

Plenty of time to get some. And given that he sold a parcel at 32c, it's not completely stupid to buy it back at 31c if it's large enough. It doesn't take "a few hours" to buy shares.
